Support holiday fundraising operations by triaging donor emails and calls, processing donations, updating Raiser's Edge and FreeWill data, assisting with mailings, data hygiene, and donor stewardship tasks. Work closely with Annual Fund and Development Operations teams to maintain donor records, run maintenance queries, and ensure timely acknowledgments during peak season.

The Bilingual Peer Navigator Coordinator supervises volunteer activities at community markets, connects people with referral services, and collaborates with the Community Connections Manager to support anti-hunger initiatives.

Lead and supervise volunteer teams in warehouse projects (packing, kit building, reboxing produce). Manage supplies, train and orient volunteers, ensure safety and food-handling compliance, operate material-handling equipment, coordinate onsite projects, communicate with staff, and perform general warehouse duties including sorting and order pulling.
