Supervise SDVLP’s Microbusiness and Nonprofit Support Program, overseeing pro bono attorney delivery, supervising staff attorney and volunteers, developing program policies, conducting outreach and clinics, tracking outcomes, and supporting strategic growth and grant reporting. Minimal direct client representation; focus on program leadership and volunteer supervision.

Provide legal advice and representation in family law and HIV-related matters, supervise and train pro bono attorneys, non-attorney staff, and interns; conduct outreach and recruit volunteers; manage a small caseload, compile data and reports, and refer clients to other services as needed.

Full-time accounting role supporting day-to-day and month-end functions: AP/AR, cash and bank reconciliations, payroll processing, journal entries, grant and restricted fund tracking, financial reporting, audit and tax schedule support, and compliance with GAAP and donor requirements. Works independently and with HR and managers to ensure accurate financial records.
