Supervise SDVLP's Microbusiness and Nonprofit Support Program, overseeing staff attorney and pro bono volunteers, ensuring high-quality legal services, developing program policies and outreach, supporting grant reporting and program evaluation, and tracking outcomes. Minimal direct client representation; focus on program leadership, training, and strategic growth.

Provide legal advice and representation in family law and HIV/AIDS-related civil matters, supervise and train pro bono attorneys and staff, perform outreach, manage cases and reports, and maintain a small caseload across programs.
