Processes full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice entry, matching, vendor maintenance, payment authorization, ACH and wire transfers, reconciliations, deposits, credit card statements, W-9s, and 1099s. Maintains audit-ready records, resolves vendor discrepancies, supports financial reporting, and provides general administrative assistance, including office supplies, mail, and visitor experience coverage.

Leads the museum’s hands-on Information Systems function, supervising one employee while managing Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint security, networking, backups, business continuity, SaaS platforms, vendors, budgets, and high-tier support. The Manager administers security tools, investigates alerts, maintains access controls, performs restore testing, coordinates infrastructure changes, develops procedures, supports audits, and communicates technology risks and priorities to the CFO and museum leadership.

Greet and assist museum guests, promote memberships, products, and events; process sales and admissions using POS systems; maintain shop appearance and inventory; open/close registers; fulfill online orders and coordinate with Visitor Experience team to support daily operations.
