Administer and resolve appeals and complaints under the Lanterman Act; represent the Regional Center in meetings, mediations, and hearings; draft filings and reports; investigate allegations; negotiate settlements; prepare witnesses and exhibits; track compliance data; provide training and technical assistance; supervise and advise service coordinators.

Support fiscal operations by performing complex accounts payable and accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing AP transactions, assisting with audits and vendor setups, backing up the Purchase of Services Supervisor, and improving procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Supervise and support the Self-Determination Program (SDP) and traditional case management units, liaise with community partners, provide training and technical support, manage SDP documentation and unit secretary, attend community and DDS meetings, and ensure compliance with Lanterman Act and DDS policies.

Provide and coordinate person-centered transition services for individuals moving from school to adult services. Conduct assessments, develop IPPs/IFSPs, facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings, advocate for needed services, perform home and provider visits, monitor compliance with Title 17/22 and DDS requirements, document caseload activity, and collaborate with vendors, schools, and community partners. Bilingual Spanish speakers receive a stipend.

Provide case management and coordination for ~40–50 consumers, primarily in the Self Determination program. Create budgets and spending plans, develop IPPs and person-centered plans, conduct assessments, monitor residential and day programs, coordinate community resources, document caseload activity, and intervene in crises. Ensure compliance with Title 17/22 and DDS regulations and advocate for consumers and families.

Coordinate and develop community-based programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Recruit, train, and support service providers; review program designs and contracts for regulatory compliance; conduct quality assurance and community needs assessments; develop cost-effective service models; mediate service-related issues; deliver technical assistance and trainings; perform special projects and represent the agency to community partners.

Conduct assessments, develop Individual Program Plans, coordinate person-centered planning, advocate for services, monitor residential and day programs for compliance, complete documentation, intervene in crises, liaise with providers and courts, and manage related fiscal responsibilities. Perform required home visits and maintain knowledge of Title 17/22 and DDS requirements.

Provide and coordinate services for adults with developmental disabilities per the Lanterman Act. Conduct assessments, person-centered planning, and develop Individual Program Plans (IPP). Advocate for clients, arrange referrals, monitor residential and day programs for Title 17/22 compliance, handle fiscal responsibilities, crisis intervention, conservatorship evaluations, court reporting, and mandated reporting. Maintain timely case documentation and collaborate with providers and agencies to ensure quality service delivery.

Provide case management and family support for school-age individuals: develop and maintain Individual Program Plans (IPP), coordinate services and referrals, facilitate meetings and reviews, perform home visits, advocate for families, ensure documentation and compliance with Title 17/22, and serve as liaison with schools and community providers. Bilingual Spanish stipend offered.

Serve as the regional subject-matter expert coordinating resources, vendor partnerships, training, outreach, program evaluation, and technical assistance for deaf and hard of hearing individuals with developmental disabilities across a multi-county catchment. Support service coordinators, participate in statewide committees, develop resources and trainings, assess unmet needs, recruit ASL interpreters, and ensure compliance with Title XVII, the Lanterman Act, and agency standards.
