Administer and resolve appeals and complaints under the Lanterman Act; represent the Regional Center in meetings, mediations, and hearings; draft filings and reports; investigate allegations; negotiate settlements; prepare witnesses and exhibits; track compliance data; provide training and technical assistance; supervise and advise service coordinators.

Support fiscal operations by performing complex accounts payable and accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing AP transactions, assisting with audits and vendor setups, backing up the Purchase of Services Supervisor, and improving procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Supervise and support the Self-Determination Program (SDP) and traditional case management units, liaise with community partners, provide training and technical support, manage SDP documentation and unit secretary, attend community and DDS meetings, and ensure compliance with Lanterman Act and DDS policies.
