Provide and coordinate services for adults with developmental disabilities per the Lanterman Act. Conduct assessments, person-centered planning, and develop Individual Program Plans (IPP). Advocate for clients, arrange referrals, monitor residential and day programs for Title 17/22 compliance, handle fiscal responsibilities, crisis intervention, conservatorship evaluations, court reporting, and mandated reporting. Maintain timely case documentation and collaborate with providers and agencies to ensure quality service delivery.

Serve as the regional subject-matter expert coordinating resources, vendor partnerships, training, outreach, program evaluation, and technical assistance for deaf and hard of hearing individuals with developmental disabilities across a multi-county catchment. Support service coordinators, participate in statewide committees, develop resources and trainings, assess unmet needs, recruit ASL interpreters, and ensure compliance with Title XVII, the Lanterman Act, and agency standards.

Coordinate and develop community-based programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Recruit, train, and support service providers; review program designs and contracts for regulatory compliance; conduct quality assurance and community needs assessments; develop cost-effective service models; mediate service-related issues; deliver technical assistance and trainings; perform special projects and represent the agency to community partners.
