Lead and manage document control for engineering/construction projects: operate as EDMS administrator, supervise physical and electronic filing, control transmittals and numbering, ensure document quality/compliance, distribute drawings and reports, maintain revision control, respond to client/subcontractor document requests, and train/mentor document control staff.

Manage scheduling and cost control for EPC projects using Primavera P6/MS Project. Manage warehouse operations for engineering/construction projects: control material receipts, storage, issuance, inventory, and disposal; coordinate with procurement, engineering and site; supervise personnel and subcontractors; handle shortages/damages/claims; use FMC system; enforce safety, cost and schedule control.

Provide on-site IT support and coordination between site and HQ: deploy and maintain workstations, LAN/Wi‑Fi/WAN, VPN and SD‑WAN, troubleshoot hardware and software (including CCTV and access control), manage IT inventory, data recovery, and ensure network security and project data control.

Supervise and coordinate mechanical construction activities on-site, ensuring work follows drawings, schedules, safety requirements, and ITP. Manage subcontractors, prepare reports, plans, punch lists, preservation, and commissioning tasks, and coordinate inspections, materials, and interfacing with stakeholders.

Lead HSE activities for engineering and construction projects including pre-commissioning/commissioning. Lead procurement quality control: prepare and manage Inspection Assignment Packages, oversee vendor/material inspections per Saudi Aramco and international standards, report non-conformances, drive root-cause and corrective actions, coordinate with vendors and site teams, train and manage inspection staff, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications.

Lead and plan quality activities for assigned disciplines, create and manage ITPs, supervise inspectors, conduct audits and inspections, implement risk management and corrective actions, liaise with clients on quality issues, and manage quality performance using FMCS/SCMS.

Lead and manage electrical quality activities across construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning. Prepare and review ITPs, test procedures (Fire Alarm, BMS/DDC, KNX), energization packages, maintain inspection records, initiate/close NCRs/CARs, coordinate with clients/consultants, supervise QC inspectors, conduct third-party audits, and ensure calibrated tools and quality documentation per project specifications and international standards.

Develop and enforce HSE policies, perform audits/inspections, coordinate with contractors and clients, run trainings and drills, manage HSE documentation, participate in PSSR and SIMOPS, and implement ISO-based HSE programs.

Lead delivery of medium-sized EPC oil & gas projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, document control, client interfaces, technical queries, bidding evaluation, audits, and resource allocation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.

Supervise and manage coating and insulation QA/QC activities for large capital projects: plan and perform inspections and tests, lead inspectors, monitor risks and KPIs, coordinate corrective actions, liaise with clients on NCRs/observations, conduct audits, and manage quality documentation using FMCS/SCMS. Focus on paint/coating materials, surface preparation, coating application/inspection, and insulation techniques across tanks, pipelines, vessels and offshore structures.
