Provide on-site general affairs and administrative support for EPC projects: vendor and vendor contract coordination, procurement and asset management (SAP and non-SAP), site office maintenance, government and visa relations for foreign staff, employee relations and engagement, expense reporting, scheduling, document control, and oversight of site GA staff and services (camp, catering, transport, medical, security).

Lead and supervise HSE staff on construction projects, enforce safety regulations, develop and deliver safety programs and training, conduct audits and incident investigations, implement risk mitigation and PSSR, liaise with clients, and provide safety input to project plans and schedules.

Supervise and manage subcontractors to execute mechanical construction per drawings, schedules and safety standards. Prepare plans, reports, method statements and preserve best practices while ensuring quality per project specifications and ITPs.

Manage warehouse operations for engineering/construction projects: control material receipts, storage, issuance, inventory, and disposal; coordinate with procurement, engineering and site; supervise personnel and subcontractors; handle shortages/damages/claims; use FMC system; enforce safety, cost and schedule control.

Manage and perform NDT inspection activities (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, PMI, PAUT/ToFD), prepare and review ITPs/MARs/inspection reports, control inspection status and NCRs, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, interpret NDT results, and ensure personnel qualifications and compliance with codes and project requirements.

Lead and deliver medium-sized EPC projects in Oil & Gas from detailed design through commissioning, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, reporting, interfaces, bids, audits, and client coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Lead and manage instrumentation quality activities on EPC projects: prepare ITPs and quality procedures, perform inspections and tests, initiate and analyze NCRs/CARs, coordinate corrective actions, supervise QC inspectors, ensure calibrated instruments, maintain QA/QC records and reports, liaise with clients/consultants, support audits, and implement FMCS/SCMS processes throughout construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Supervise and manage coating and insulation QA/QC activities for large capital projects: plan and perform inspections and tests, lead inspectors, monitor risks and KPIs, coordinate corrective actions, liaise with clients on NCRs/observations, conduct audits, and manage quality documentation using FMCS/SCMS. Focus on paint/coating materials, surface preparation, coating application/inspection, and insulation techniques across tanks, pipelines, vessels and offshore structures.

Develop and manage Construction Work Package (CWP) plans, identify and resolve engineering/procurement/construction constraints, manage CWP target schedules, use 3D modeling and simulation tools and FMCS to manage IWP hold points, and secure/manage actual workfront execution while reporting via Power BI and advanced Excel.

Lead pipeline FEED and EPC design deliverables for onshore/offshore oil & gas and petrochemical projects. Assess existing pipeline capacities, identify bottlenecks, prepare pipeline design documents, apply applicable codes/standards, manage vendors, and ensure safe, environmentally compliant execution through project phases from Pre-FEED to EPC.

Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, timely construction, inspection, commissioning and energization of substations and power distribution works. Coordinate material, drawings, RFIs, BOQ reviews, 3D/cable routing and interface resolution; prepare reports, method statements, JSAs, and track progress and lessons learned.

Lead and manage document control for engineering/construction projects: administer EDMS, supervise digital and physical filing, manage transmittals, numbering, progress reports, quality checks, and train document control staff to ensure compliant, up-to-date documentation.

Lead delivery of medium-sized EPC oil & gas projects, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, HSE, document control, client interfaces, technical queries, bidding evaluation, audits, and resource allocation through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out.

Lead and plan quality activities for assigned disciplines, create and manage ITPs, supervise inspectors, conduct audits and inspections, implement risk management and corrective actions, liaise with clients on quality issues, and manage quality performance using FMCS/SCMS.

Lead and enforce site HSE programs: implement safety procedures, supervise safety supervisors/officers, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, conduct incident response and investigations, run safety meetings, perform ERT duties, and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence and ensure compliance with ISO/NEBOSH standards.

Create and manage Construction Volume (CV) and IWP schedules, review and adjust IWPs, track IWP progress in Power BI, coordinate execution with field supervision and subcontractors, verify prerequisites for piping work, and produce 3D volume files.

Lead and control mechanical quality activities, plan and perform inspections/tests, manage inspectors, monitor quality KPIs and risk, coordinate corrective actions, liaise with clients on NCRs, and conduct audits using system tools.

Lead and coordinate substation electrical testing, SAT/FAT and energization activities; prepare procedures and engineering documentation; manage vendor testing, manpower, and punch items; collaborate with PM and MEP teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Perform and supervise accounting tasks for site operations: record and analyze financial transactions, prepare journals, ledgers, reconciliations, depreciation schedules, payroll oversight, vendor/subcontractor invoice matching, cash and budget management, monthly site expense reporting, and provide ad-hoc financial analysis and training to clerks. Use SAP and Excel for reporting and controls.

Manage and supervise project/construction cost control for EPC projects: produce cost and financial reports, support invoicing and payment applications, track change orders and back charges, verify vendor/subcontractor estimates, operate SAP/MDG, prepare cashflow forecasts, liaise with accounting/procurement/engineering, and analyze actuals vs budget to forecast and control project costs.
