The role also provides guidance to accounting staff and supports compliance with accounting procedures, tax regulations, and financial controls within oil and gas EPC projects.

Develops and manages construction work package plans using Advanced Work Packaging principles. Identifies and resolves engineering, procurement, and construction constraints; manages CWP target schedules; monitors work packages through 3D modeling and simulation tools; and identifies site hold points for installation work packages using FMCS. Ensures actual workfronts are secured and properly managed while coordinating resources, schedules, budgets, and project execution.

Assists with subcontract administration for EPC construction projects, including contract drafting, amendments, change orders, claims, invoices, back charges, payment releases, and tender awards. Reviews subcontractor proposals and claims, maintains contract and change records, identifies delay and disruption risks, prepares formal correspondence, and supports negotiations. Coordinates with legal, tax, insurance, compliance, construction, and client teams while ensuring subcontract terms provide back-to-back coverage with client contracts.

Manages EPC project activities from contract review and planning through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk, interface, document, cost, and progress management; technical submittal and bid evaluation review; claims and issue resolution; client, contractor, supplier, and government coordination; reporting; technical integrity compliance; commissioning support; and close-out documentation.

Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk and interface management for systems completion, commissioning, turnover and handover. Review contracts, technical submittals, monitor progress across design/procurement/construction, support commissioning, prepare close-out documentation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

Develop and manage Advanced Work Packaging CWP plans, schedules, budgets, and workfronts for EPC construction projects. Identify and resolve engineering, procurement, and construction constraints; monitor CWP and CWA status using 3D modeling and simulation tools; and manage IWP site hold points through FMCS. The role requires coordination of resources and processes to secure actual workfronts and support construction execution.

Supervise and manage instrumentation QA/QC activities for EPC projects: plan and perform inspections, manage inspectors, conduct audits, mitigate quality risks, liaise with clients on NCRs, ensure instrumentation standards (ISA/IEC) and calibration/testing, and monitor quality performance using FMCS/SCMS.

Lead electrical/instrument project management activities across large EPC projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, technical reviews, interface management, procurement oversight, construction and commissioning support, and final handover. Ensure compliance with project standards, manage contractors/subcontractors, prepare close-out documentation, and coordinate with clients and authorities.

Supervise and coordinate subcontractor construction activities for substations and power distribution, ensuring safety, quality, timely completion, material/equipment readiness, commissioning, documentation, and interface resolution per project specs.

Lead mechanical/piping project management activities across planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and interfaces. Oversee technical reviews, bid evaluations, contractor submittals, progress monitoring from design through commissioning, and support system turnover, handover, and close-out documentation for large EPC oil, gas, petrochemical, or power projects.

Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and technical integrity across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning for oil, gas, petrochemical, and power plant projects. Review contracts, technical submittals, and bids; coordinate interfaces with clients and stakeholders; monitor progress, costs, claims, and risks; prepare project plans, gate meetings, close-out documentation, and support commissioning and handover activities.

Lead and manage quality assurance for painting and insulation across capital projects. Develop ITPs, supervise inspectors, perform inspections and audits, manage NCRs and corrective actions, implement FMCS/SCMS processes, train staff, and liaise with clients to ensure compliance with project standards and codes.

Manage logistics operations for EPC plant projects, focusing on breakbulk/project cargo, vessel chartering, forwarder selection, vendor expediting, route surveys, customs coordination, and timely material delivery to site.

Provide on-site general affairs and administrative support for EPC projects: vendor and vendor contract coordination, procurement and asset management (SAP and non-SAP), site office maintenance, government and visa relations for foreign staff, employee relations and engagement, expense reporting, scheduling, document control, and oversight of site GA staff and services (camp, catering, transport, medical, security).

Manage and perform NDT inspection activities (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, PMI, PAUT/ToFD), prepare and review ITPs/MARs/inspection reports, control inspection status and NCRs, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, interpret NDT results, and ensure personnel qualifications and compliance with codes and project requirements.

Lead and manage instrumentation quality activities on EPC projects: prepare ITPs and quality procedures, perform inspections and tests, initiate and analyze NCRs/CARs, coordinate corrective actions, supervise QC inspectors, ensure calibrated instruments, maintain QA/QC records and reports, liaise with clients/consultants, support audits, and implement FMCS/SCMS processes throughout construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Manage warehouse operations for engineering/construction projects: control material receipts, storage, issuance, inventory, and disposal; coordinate with procurement, engineering and site; supervise personnel and subcontractors; handle shortages/damages/claims; use FMC system; enforce safety, cost and schedule control.

Supervise and manage subcontractors to ensure safe, timely construction, inspection, commissioning and energization of substations and power distribution works. Coordinate material, drawings, RFIs, BOQ reviews, 3D/cable routing and interface resolution; prepare reports, method statements, JSAs, and track progress and lessons learned.
