Provide on-site general affairs and administrative support for EPC projects: vendor and vendor contract coordination, procurement and asset management (SAP and non-SAP), site office maintenance, government and visa relations for foreign staff, employee relations and engagement, expense reporting, scheduling, document control, and oversight of site GA staff and services (camp, catering, transport, medical, security).

Lead and supervise HSE staff on construction projects, enforce safety regulations, develop and deliver safety programs and training, conduct audits and incident investigations, implement risk mitigation and PSSR, liaise with clients, and provide safety input to project plans and schedules.

Supervise and manage subcontractors to execute mechanical construction per drawings, schedules and safety standards. Coordinate materials, inspections, commissioning activities, rigging/lifting, punch lists and interfaces with vendors, inspectors and clients. Prepare plans, reports, method statements and preserve best practices while ensuring quality per project specifications and ITPs.
