Supervises HSE activities for engineering, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning projects. Responsibilities include implementing HSE programs, conducting audits and inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating subcontractors and site personnel, managing safety documentation, supporting permit-to-work systems, preparing risk assessments and safety plans, conducting toolbox talks and emergency drills, and participating in PSSR and SIMOPS reviews. The role also oversees HSE officers and supports ISO-based company initiatives.

Assists with subcontract administration for EPC projects, including contract drafting, amendments, negotiations, claims, change orders, progress invoices, payments, document control, and subcontract awards. Reviews subcontractor proposals, manages correspondence and claim notifications, supports construction meetings, and coordinates with legal, tax, insurance, and compliance teams. Requires experience in cost control, field controls, subcontracting, tendering, negotiation, and oil and gas or petrochemical projects.

Performs site-based accounting activities including transaction recording, ledger maintenance, invoice and subcontractor invoice matching, payroll oversight, cash and budget management, expense reporting, tax schedules, account reconciliation, financial analysis, and monthly reporting. The role also provides guidance to accounting staff and supports compliance with accounting procedures, tax regulations, and financial controls within oil and gas EPC projects.
