Leads Samsara’s globally distributed Core Infrastructure team, owning strategy and roadmaps across compute, networking, storage, cloud systems, reliability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include developing engineers, improving capacity management and observability, strengthening incident response and disaster recovery, building automation and self-service infrastructure, and applying AI-enabled tools to reduce toil. The role requires significant software engineering and people-management experience, strong technical judgment, and expertise in large-scale cloud or distributed platforms.

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales for Samsara’s Tracking Label product, from pilot programs through multi-site rollouts. Partner with account executives and development representatives to target high-value cargo accounts, build ROI and loss-prevention business cases, navigate Legal, Procurement, and InfoSec reviews, and close multi-stakeholder deals. Develop pilot success metrics, provide product feedback, and create scalable sales playbooks. The role is remote within the United States with customer travel as needed.

Generate sales pipeline for Samsara’s EMEA business through personalized outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Maintain detailed CRM records, develop product expertise, attend trade shows, and collaborate with Account Executives. The role requires high-volume prospecting, target achievement, resilience, curiosity, strong communication, and fluency in English and French. Successful representatives can progress through Samsara’s ADR program toward an Account Executive position.
