As a Sales Development Representative at SambaSafety, you will engage prospects to qualify leads, manage outreach efforts, and support the sales team to drive company growth.

Maintain and optimize SaaS production and demo environments, respond to and resolve incidents, manage Jira-based incident workflows, use Dynatrace and observability tools for troubleshooting, automate operational tasks, enforce security best practices, document runbooks in Confluence, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate cross-team to improve reliability and performance.
