Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including outbound prospecting, client meetings, stakeholder management, negotiation, and closing. The role focuses on complex B2B sales to HR, People, Talent, or Learning & Development buyers across the US, Canada, and UK.

Design intuitive B2B product experiences from discovery through delivery, including user flows, prototypes, usability testing, and design system contributions. Collaborate with product managers and engineers while also creating marketing, sales, branding, landing page, advertising, and campaign assets. The role is remote, part-time, and contract-based, with a $1,500 monthly retainer plus project-based compensation.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities targeting HR/Talent/L&D leaders in English-speaking markets. Own top-of-funnel outreach via email, phone and LinkedIn, use Sama's AI to tailor messaging, maintain CRM records, book high-quality meetings, and meet activity and pipeline generation targets through continuous testing and collaboration.
