Fabricates wooden crates and skids for shipping final products. Measures and lays out materials, assembles containers with nails, staples, screws, bolts, glue, and hand tools, secures products, applies padding and metal bands, labels crates, and moves materials or finished containers. Requires reading tape measures to 1/16-inch increments, following instructions, safe independent or team work, and tolerating demanding indoor and outdoor conditions, including heights, heat, cold, long shifts, and overtime.

Create and maintain 3D models, drawings, and CAD library using SolidWorks; develop DriveWorks configuration projects; perform design reviews, technical documentation, continuous improvement, and new product design. Support fabrication documentation and collaborate with customers and departments to deliver pneumatic/hydraulic system solutions.

Identify parts from shop drawings, perform layout, drill, cut, grind, and modify materials per part drawings. Operate drill presses, grinders, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently, meet production goals, train others, and maintain documentation and safety standards.
