Lead facility clinical education and infection prevention programs; develop policies, provide staff training, oversee antibiotic stewardship, conduct risk assessments, ensure reporting and documentation, and support staff professional growth.

Supervise delivery of nursing care on a unit, assess resident needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team, and oversee LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to ensure resident-centered outcomes and discharge planning.

Coordinate and complete resident assessment process (MDS/RAI) per federal/state regulations. Act as in-house case manager, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians/families/billing, train staff on RAI, and support Medicare/Medicaid review and billing communication.

Provide meal service and delivery, maintain dining room and service area appearance, stock rotation, equipment and station cleanliness, and follow food safety and documentation standards.
