Coordinate and complete resident assessment process (MDS/RAI) per federal/state regulations. Act as in-house case manager, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians/families/billing, train staff on RAI, and support Medicare/Medicaid review and billing communication.

Provide meal service and delivery, maintain dining room and service area appearance, stock rotation, equipment and station cleanliness, and follow food safety and documentation standards.
