The Assistant Accountant will primarily manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, payment runs, queries, and supplier data maintenance. The role also supports journals, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, VAT compliance, audits, stock takes, and working capital activities. The successful candidate will help improve finance processes and controls while maintaining accurate records and effective supplier relationships.

Coordinates aftersales, spares, refurbishment, and service contracts. Responsibilities include customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, ERP updates, procurement, supplier and subcontractor coordination, inventory monitoring, dispatch, equipment inspections, invoicing, and quality and compliance support. The role collaborates with Engineering, Finance, Stores, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
