Provide accounts payable and broader finance support: process supplier invoices, run payments (BACS/CHAPS/international), reconcile supplier statements and balance sheets, post journals in Epicor, support month‑end/year‑end close, assist external audits, maintain controls and SOPs, and identify process improvements to increase AP efficiency.

Provide general labour and site maintenance across workshops and yards: housekeeping, materials handling, vehicle loading/unloading, basic workshop support, routine vehicle checks, and adherence to health, safety and environmental procedures.
