Coordinates aftersales, spares, refurbishment, and service contracts. Responsibilities include customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, ERP updates, procurement, supplier and subcontractor coordination, inventory monitoring, dispatch, equipment inspections, invoicing, and quality and compliance support. The role collaborates with Engineering, Finance, Stores, Design, and Procurement teams to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Opens and secures the site, conducts perimeter and safety checks, manages visitor and contractor access, maintains housekeeping, handles waste and materials, supports stores and warehouse activities, and provides practical labouring assistance for workshop, maintenance, installation, and facility projects. The role also involves vehicle and equipment checks and operating authorised FLT equipment after training.

Hands-on workshop engineer assembling and refurbishing reverse osmosis plants. Perform mechanical fitting, pipefitting, instrumentation, testing (calibration, hydrostatic, PSV), inspection, packing/dispatch, and lead/offsite team tasks. Support apprentices and maintain quality, safety, and customer-focused standards.
