Lead HVRP workforce development by building employer and workforce partnerships, coordinating training and certifications, creating individualized employment plans, placing veterans into jobs, monitoring progress and income growth, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports for leadership and grants teams. Requires local travel and collaboration with case managers and community partners.

Provide site security, conduct patrols and incident reporting, perform outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness across a tri-county area, assist participants in accessing services, and drive/maintain company vehicles as needed. Maintain records, collaborate with partners and law enforcement, and perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing while supporting daily operations.

Lead and manage Support Services and Case Management teams, develop and evaluate social services programs, ensure quality assurance and compliance, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, oversee data management and reporting, and drive continuous improvement to achieve positive client outcomes.

Lead compliance-focused case manager for HVRP overseeing eligibility determination, documentation review, quality assurance, advanced case management for complex veteran needs, coordinating referrals, VA partnerships, and supporting reporting and audits.
