Maintains premises and personnel safety through patrols, inspections, camera monitoring, emergency response, incident reporting, and policy enforcement. Supports individuals experiencing homelessness by providing resources, outreach, and community connections. Drives company vehicles and trailers to transport participants, materials, and equipment; performs inspections and maintains mileage, fuel, and maintenance records. Requires flexibility, sound judgment, compassionate communication, and the ability to work in physically demanding conditions.

Lead and oversee daily operations of the Case Management department, develop and implement policies, supervise staff and interns, coordinate community partnerships, enter and maintain client records in HMIS, respond to crises, provide training, and support program evaluation and continuous improvement.

Manage grant calendars, reporting, and compliance; collect and validate program data; generate reports from HMIS/CorSalis; support proposal development and funder communications; maintain dashboards, track outcomes, and assist with strategic projects and process improvements.
