Create and own short-form social media content for French-speaking markets, including strategy, scripts, filming, editing, captions, publishing, paid campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations. Translate B2B software concepts into engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, appear on camera in French, and produce content that drives engagement and leads. Occasional travel is required for shoots and professional events.

Provide German- and English-language customer support for salon partners via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot login, system, hardware, billing, and subscription issues; guide setup and platform usage; manage relationships and retention risks; document interactions in CRM; identify trends; and contribute to support resources and product improvements.

Manage churn requests and at-risk salon accounts, monitor usage trends, and support re-engagement initiatives. Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to improve retention, analyze churn reasons, maintain accurate CRM records, and identify upselling opportunities. The role requires German and English fluency, strong communication, analytical problem-solving, software proficiency, sales experience, and the ability to translate data insights into retention strategies.

Manage relationships with German-speaking salon clients to drive retention and revenue through strategic upselling, product training, feedback collection, and proactive issue resolution. Educate customers on product features, promote payment services and upgrades, and feed insights to product teams to improve offerings.
