Teams at Salonkee

Serve as Salonkee’s first in-house lawyer, leading legal, privacy, compliance, contracts, employment, digital regulation, security, disputes, and strategic advisory work across six European markets. Partner with the external DPO, outside counsel, leadership, HR, engineering, sales, and customer support. Build the legal function, manage GDPR and Swiss privacy obligations, negotiate commercial agreements, advise on EU digital regulations, train employees, and support product, market expansion, and fundraising decisions.

Provide German- and English-language customer support for salon partners through phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot account, system, hardware, billing, and subscription issues; assist with setup and platform education; manage relationships and retention risks; document interactions in CRM; identify trends; and contribute to support resources and product improvements.

Create and own short-form social media content for French-speaking markets, including strategy, scripts, filming, editing, captions, publishing, paid campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations. Translate B2B software concepts into engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, appear on camera in French, and produce content that drives engagement and leads. Occasional travel is required for shoots and professional events.
