Owns the full recruitment lifecycle across sales, retail, office, and management roles. Responsibilities include managing requisitions, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting candidate experience, onboarding new hires, completing I-9 verification and paperwork, and coordinating with Payroll and HR. The role also requires HRIS administration, networking, strong communication, organization, and adaptability.
