Senior hybrid finance and operations role owning monthly management accounts, cash flow, payment approvals, forex, financing facilities and P&L. Hunt and close new B2B enterprise accounts across corporate, agency, media and production sectors. Build senior relationships, run consultative discovery, create strategic account plans, manage pipeline in CRM, negotiate contracts, and exceed revenue and KPI targets while mentoring colleagues and attending industry events.

Sell recycling machinery by identifying customer technical needs, generating leads, delivering presentations and quotations, using Salesforce to record activity, building relationships with executives and plant managers, and travelling to customers to close deals and resolve issues.

Coordinate and optimise allocation and utilisation of consulting and support resources across projects. Maintain capacity plans, drive billable utilisation, enforce time capture, produce KPI reporting, support forecasting and stakeholder coordination, and recommend hiring or reallocation to meet delivery and financial objectives.

Serve as primary customer contact handling inbound calls and emails, process orders, maintain CRM records, follow up on quotations, coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance, generate reports, resolve queries, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while ensuring process compliance and data accuracy.

Support sales growth and customer relationships while coordinating operations, inventory, and logistics. Process quotes, orders, invoices; maintain customer records; analyse purchasing trends; support stock planning and cross-department coordination to improve efficiency and profitability.

Drive new business and manage B2B customer relationships for industrial lubrication solutions. Generate leads, present technical solutions, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, and collaborate on sales strategies while servicing manufacturing, marine, food, and automotive clients.
