Lead planning, development, and launch of a new Master of Physician Assistant Studies program. Oversee curriculum, accreditation (ARC-PA) application, faculty/staff recruitment, budget, clinical placements, teaching, student advising, and stakeholder engagement while performing faculty responsibilities and ensuring program compliance and sustainability.

Lead IT strategy and operations for the university, overseeing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, LMS), cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, digital transformation, budgets, vendors, and a high-performing IT team to support academic and administrative priorities.

Lead development and stewardship of partnerships with K-12 schools, colleges, and related organizations; support recruitment, enrollment analysis, program development, grant and resource development, alumni engagement, and professional development. Serve as liaison, conduct outreach and site visits, produce market research and reports, and assist CSOE leadership with NJDOE submissions and advisory board recruitment.

Teach and supervise undergraduate nursing students in classroom, simulation lab, online, and clinical settings; coordinate clinical placements; provide timely feedback; maintain academic standards; and support student development of clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional practice.

Lead strategy, implementation, and support for enterprise applications (ERP/Colleague), integrations, reporting, and infrastructure. Oversee application development, project governance, vendor relationships, and a cross-functional team to align technology with institutional priorities and improve operations and student experience.

Full-time faculty will teach 24 credit hours (undergraduate and graduate), serve as CPA Coordinator, conduct research, advise/mentor students, contribute to curriculum and department service, and use campus systems (Blackboard, Ellucian). Must support Jesuit mission and work on-campus at least three days weekly.

Lead annual operating and capital budgeting, long-range financial planning, and executive reporting. Partner with senior leaders and departments to model multi-year scenarios, monitor spending, enforce budget policies, and train budget managers. Oversee position control analytics, capital reconciliation, and a budget team while supporting strategic resource allocation and board-level presentations.

Full-time clinical faculty/assistant professor responsible for educating undergraduate nursing students through classroom, online, simulation lab, and supervised clinical instruction. Coordinate clinical placements, facilitate coursework (e.g., Pharmacology, Med-Surg, Psych, Pediatrics), provide timely feedback, maintain academic standards, and support student development of clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional behavior.

Oversee and manage NCAA Division I compliance for a 16-sport program including eligibility, recruiting, financial aid audits, waivers, reporting, education, policy development, liaison duties with campus offices, and enforcement of NCAA/MAAC/SPU rules.
