Leads Saint Peter’s University’s comprehensive alumni engagement program, including strategy, events, communications, volunteer leadership, affinity groups, data tracking, CRM administration, budgets, and assessment. The Director develops measurable engagement initiatives, manages signature events, coordinates alumni communications and mentorship opportunities, supports volunteer and board relationships, and collaborates with campus departments and Advancement colleagues to align alumni programs with institutional fundraising, stewardship, mission, and inclusion priorities.

Teach and supervise undergraduate nursing students in classroom, simulation lab, online, and clinical settings; coordinate clinical placements; provide timely feedback; maintain academic standards; and support student development of clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional practice.

Full-time clinical faculty/assistant professor responsible for educating undergraduate nursing students through classroom, online, simulation lab, and supervised clinical instruction. Coordinate clinical placements, facilitate coursework (e.g., Pharmacology, Med-Surg, Psych, Pediatrics), provide timely feedback, maintain academic standards, and support student development of clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional behavior.

Lead annual operating and capital budgeting, long-range financial planning, and executive reporting. Partner with senior leaders and departments to model multi-year scenarios, monitor spending, enforce budget policies, and train budget managers. Oversee position control analytics, capital reconciliation, and a budget team while supporting strategic resource allocation and board-level presentations.
