Provides academic advising, individualized degree-completion plans, placement testing coordination, and early interventions for at-risk students. Monitors academic progress and analyzes student performance data to support retention strategies and equitable outcomes. Oversees student workers, manages digital outreach and recruitment campaigns, and represents the department at orientations and retention events. Requires strong communication, organizational, data analysis, confidentiality, and student-support skills in a full-time on-campus setting.

Leads strategic communications for Saint Peter’s Athletics, overseeing media relations, public relations, digital content, website updates, publications, social media, and brand consistency. Serves as media spokesperson and primary contact for selected sports, develops multimedia and marketing plans, coordinates event communications staffing, trains coaches and student-athletes, supports ticketing and fundraising initiatives, and supervises communications staff and interns. The role requires evening, weekend, holiday, outdoor event, and team travel work.

Leads Saint Peter’s University’s comprehensive alumni engagement program, including strategy, events, communications, volunteer leadership, affinity groups, data tracking, CRM administration, budgets, and assessment. The Director develops measurable engagement initiatives, manages signature events, coordinates alumni communications and mentorship opportunities, supports volunteer and board relationships, and collaborates with campus departments and Advancement colleagues to align alumni programs with institutional fundraising, stewardship, mission, and inclusion priorities.
