Lead planning, development, and launch of a new Master of Physician Assistant Studies program. Oversee curriculum, accreditation (ARC-PA) application, faculty/staff recruitment, budget, clinical placements, teaching, student advising, and stakeholder engagement while performing faculty responsibilities and ensuring program compliance and sustainability.

Lead IT strategy and operations for the university, overseeing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, LMS), cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, digital transformation, budgets, vendors, and a high-performing IT team to support academic and administrative priorities.

Lead development and stewardship of partnerships with K-12 schools, colleges, and related organizations; support recruitment, enrollment analysis, program development, grant and resource development, alumni engagement, and professional development. Serve as liaison, conduct outreach and site visits, produce market research and reports, and assist CSOE leadership with NJDOE submissions and advisory board recruitment.
