Provides first-level IT and audiovisual support for university students, faculty, and staff. Troubleshoots hardware, software, network, account, Microsoft 365, endpoint, classroom, and conference room technology issues. Manages service tickets and escalations, administers user accounts, deploys devices, maintains documentation and asset records, supports system implementations, and contributes to root cause analysis and service improvements. This is an on-site role requiring strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Provides on-site technical support for classroom, audiovisual, event, digital signage, and collaboration technologies across a university campus. Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots equipment; supports Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rooms; assists faculty, staff, students, and event organizers; manages inventories and documentation; and contributes to technology upgrades. Requires occasional evening and weekend event support, equipment transport, and customer-focused troubleshooting.

Supports end-to-end online course development by preparing intake materials, using AI tools to generate and organize content, building interactive activities in Articulate Storyline, populating LMS course shells, and performing formatting, accessibility, alignment, and quality checks. The role coordinates faculty and reviewer feedback, manages revisions and version control, tests course functionality, resolves straightforward issues, and escalates complex instructional design matters to senior Learning Designers.

Leads day-to-day campus safety operations, commands major incident responses, supervises four Corporals, coordinates with the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, oversees officer field training and competency evaluations, sets event staffing, handles operational escalations, and supports after-action reviews and process improvement.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for a university collegiate recovery program serving students with substance use disorders. Responsibilities include program development, staff hiring and supervision, case management and referrals, residential recovery community coordination, enrollment support, budgeting, donor cultivation, fundraising, community partnerships, outcomes reporting, and representation at university and external events.

Reviews financial aid applications, verifies eligibility, resolves discrepancies, awards and disburses federal, state, and institutional aid, and performs reporting and reconciliations. The processor communicates with students by phone and email, researches aid issues, processes recalculations and appeals, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with university departments. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Lead and administer the MSW program, ensuring CSWE accreditation compliance, curriculum development, faculty recruitment and mentorship, budget and program administration, community partnerships, and student success. Teach nine credits per year and allocate 50% workload to administrative duties. Engage in scholarship, service, and university initiatives. Position is a twelve-month, on-campus, tenure-track appointment at assistant or associate professor level.

Provide friendly customer service in a campus coffeehouse by preparing espresso drinks, coffee, tea, smoothies and food, operating the POS, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, restocking supplies, assisting with opening/closing, and supporting efficient team operations during peak periods.

Support and coach university cheer, dance, pom, and mascot teams through practice leadership, choreography development, recruitment, event coordination, safety oversight, and administrative tasks. Mentor student-athletes, organize tryouts and travel, manage gear and budgets, and collaborate with Athletics and Communications to promote team visibility while ensuring compliance with university policies and safety protocols.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of financial aid operations for on-campus and online students. Ensure Title IV and state compliance, develop policies and controls, manage awarding and disbursement, supervise staff, collaborate with enrollment and campus partners, oversee reporting and audits, analyze aid data to support enrollment and retention, and lead student outreach and counseling.
