Per diem pharmacist responsible for verifying, filling, and dispensing medication orders, resolving order-related issues, and compounding sterile and non-sterile preparations. Requires PharmD and a New York State pharmacy license. Schedule varies.

Supervise daily clinical laboratory operations, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, manage staff hiring/training and competency evaluations, oversee quality control and corrective actions, maintain equipment and inventory, and ensure accurate reporting of test results after remedial actions.

Provide peer-based support in a residential mental health program: model recovery, teach coping and life skills, facilitate groups, advocate for participants, help monitor progress, and assist with daily independence and service navigation under supervision of program staff.
