Business Analyst supporting digital transformation projects for banking and insurance clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating business needs into specifications and user stories, mapping and optimizing processes, managing stakeholders, supporting testing and rollout, tracking KPIs, and identifying AI or automation opportunities. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, plus fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
