Lead provider-facing operations: represent provider needs across product and engineering, run day-to-day clinical operations, build scalable AI-enabled support systems, write/enforce policies, manage provider churn conversations, collect and close provider feedback loops, and coach the provider support team to scale.

Provide high-touch operational support to the founders: manage calendars, travel, onboarding, HR workflows, NYC office operations, event coordination, meeting materials, triage communications, and ad hoc projects to keep the company running smoothly.

As a Care Coordinator, you will guide older adults and their caregivers through the intake process, providing support and emotional guidance during their journey into care.
