Provide commercial lending subject-matter expertise to produce reusable artifacts: end-to-end lifecycle and origination/fulfillment workflows, persona maps, document/data matrices, credit-package model, policy and approval logic, conditions playbook, golden deal library, servicing/portfolio opportunity mapping, and product readiness reviews. Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data, and GTM teams to ensure outputs are accurate, audit-ready, and suitable for AI integration.

Deliver reusable assets (process blueprints, persona maps, document/data matrices, credit-package models, policy/approval logic, playbooks, validation rubrics, and product readiness reviews) and collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data, and GTM teams to ensure credible, audit-ready outputs and safe AI boundaries.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent in AI and data-centric fields.

Serve as the domain authority for U.S. residential mortgage closing: run representative loan files through closing, document workflows and edge cases, define acceptance criteria and test cases, partner with product and engineering to embed closing rules into the application, validate AI outputs versus manual work, and train teams while building playbooks and monitoring metrics.

Serve as clinical lead for multimodal AI in oncology or cardiac imaging: define clinical reasoning, validate model outputs, map hospital workflows, advise on PACS/RIS/EHR integration, and support regulatory and deployment activities.

Design and implement agentic, workflow-centric AI systems to orchestrate multi-step clinical processes across radiology, oncology, and cardiology. Build multi-agent orchestration, task routing, and controllers that integrate with PACS/RIS, EHR, and operational systems. Leverage multimodal foundation models, retrieval, prompting, and memory to power safe, reliable clinical workflows; define evaluation, monitoring, and safety guardrails in collaboration with clinicians.

Hands-on U.S. residential mortgage underwriting SME embedded with product and engineering teams. Underwrite representative loans, document compliance-ready decisions, translate guidelines into machine-actionable rules, design validation/testing programs, define monitoring/guardrails, specify condition lifecycle and LOS field mappings, and train product teams on underwriting fundamentals.

Document runbooks and operational practices.
