Provide commercial lending subject-matter expertise to produce reusable artifacts: end-to-end lifecycle and origination/fulfillment workflows, persona maps, document/data matrices, credit-package model, policy and approval logic, conditions playbook, golden deal library, servicing/portfolio opportunity mapping, and product readiness reviews. Collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data, and GTM teams to ensure outputs are accurate, audit-ready, and suitable for AI integration.

Provide commercial-lending subject-matter expertise to design end-to-end origination, fulfillment, closing, servicing, and portfolio workflows. Deliver reusable assets (process blueprints, persona maps, document/data matrices, credit-package models, policy/approval logic, playbooks, validation rubrics, and product readiness reviews) and collaborate with product, engineering, UX, data, and GTM teams to ensure credible, audit-ready outputs and safe AI boundaries.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent in AI and data-centric fields.
