Coordinates digital content initiatives, maintains project schedules and content calendars, manages stakeholder reviews and approvals, and supports publishing and maintenance of website content. The role requires hands-on WordPress experience, familiarity with project and social media management platforms, strong organization, communication, follow-up, and deadline management skills. Experience with B2B SaaS, GRC, SEO, analytics, digital asset libraries, LinkedIn, and YouTube is advantageous.

Designs and governs enterprise build automation and CI/CD platforms, including Maven frameworks, dependency management, DevSecOps controls, automated quality gates, and release processes. Leads Java, Spring, Tomcat, and containerized environment upgrades; supports Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and observability. The role partners with development, QA, security, and operations teams, resolves complex build and deployment issues, establishes technical standards, and mentors engineers.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and multi-channel campaigns. Research target accounts, build pipeline, qualify meetings, and maintain CRM data. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, meet monthly/quarterly pipeline targets, and stay current on GRC and learning-management trends.

Lead product strategy and delivery for B2B GRC/Compliance SaaS: conduct client discovery, prioritize using frameworks (RICE/MoSCoW/WSJF), champion Agile, use AI prototyping, coordinate GTM, engage clients, and ensure quality with Product Operations.
