The QA Engineer will own software quality across multiple web-based products, combining human expertise with AI-assisted testing. Responsibilities include functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and risk-based testing; maintaining automated test coverage and documentation; reviewing AI-generated tests; identifying and tracking defects; collaborating with developers and product managers; and supporting reliable Agile monthly releases through automation, code reviews, and continuous QA improvement.

Leads enterprise transformation initiatives, portfolio governance, strategic execution, and cross-functional programs. Partners with executives to prioritize initiatives, manage risks, resolve roadblocks, track KPIs, and maintain accountability. Creates governance reviews, dashboards, and reporting while supporting organizational change, AI adoption, AI governance frameworks, and AI Centers of Excellence.

Manage B2B SaaS customer relationships, onboarding, adoption, training, operational reviews, issue resolution, and retention for Ethics and Compliance programs. Advise customers on GRC program improvement, coordinate internal delivery teams, track initiatives in Salesforce, support renewals and expansion, and advocate for customer needs. The role includes approximately 10% travel to priority customer locations.
