Designs and governs enterprise build automation and CI/CD platforms, including Maven frameworks, dependency management, DevSecOps controls, automated quality gates, and release processes. Leads Java, Spring, Tomcat, and containerized environment upgrades; supports Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and observability. The role partners with development, QA, security, and operations teams, resolves complex build and deployment issues, establishes technical standards, and mentors engineers.

Design, develop, and improve GRC solutions on an in-house platform as part of an agile global team. Contribute to planning, demonstrate solutions to stakeholders, troubleshoot, and drive continuous product and process improvements while learning new technologies.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.
