The Business Development Manager will drive new business sales in GRC solutions, manage the sales process, maintain accurate pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams. They will also represent the company at industry events and work towards establishing strong customer relationships.

Design, develop, and improve GRC solutions on an in-house platform as part of an agile global team. Contribute to planning, demonstrate solutions to stakeholders, troubleshoot, and drive continuous product and process improvements while learning new technologies.

Lead enterprise build automation and CI/CD platform development, owning Maven-based build and dependency strategies, DevSecOps practices, release management, automation, observability, and cross-team collaboration. Troubleshoot complex build/deployment issues, implement quality gates and security baselines, mentor engineers, and drive infrastructure-as-code and cloud modernization initiatives.
