Manage end-to-end delivery of customer learning programs, acting as primary client-facing project lead. Plan timelines, run kickoff and status meetings, scope and price change requests, mitigate risks, track progress in PM tools, and collaborate with CSMs, account teams, and cross-functional production, translation, and tech teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests (using Cucumber) for web applications. Create test plans/cases, run functional/regression/integration tests, log and track defects, collaborate with Agile teams, participate in code reviews, and maintain QA documentation and best practices.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will own Annual Recurring Revenue reporting, partner cross-functionally, analyze ARR performance drivers, enhance models, and resolve discrepancies. They will provide actionable insights to stakeholders through high-quality reporting packages.
