Support the Operations Manager in daily technical operation, maintenance, and event readiness of the arena. Coordinate PPM, supervise contractors, review rigging and technical event submissions, provide hands-on technical support during load-in, rehearsals and live events, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Manage financial accounting for development projects including AP/AR/GL, reporting, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, compliance, audits, taxation, financial analysis, and mentoring junior finance staff.
