Dental insurance
Sagent provides two Dental programs. One HMO and one PPO. 100% of preventative care is covered.
Disability insurance
Sagent provides short-term disability insurance benefit which pays 100% of an employee's salary for up to twelve weeks. Option to purchase long-term disability, as well.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Healthcare FSA and Dependent Care FSA's help employees cover out-of-pocket healthcare expenses ($2,850) or childcare/elder care ($5K) with pre-tax contributions up to the allowed yearly amount.
