Own full lifecycle of Epic and other EHR integrations: identify read/write APIs, architect scalable integration frameworks, collaborate with partners, product, and ML teams, and drive projects from discovery to launch.

The role involves building and improving AI voice features, debugging issues, and collaborating with product teams to enhance user experience.

The DevOps Engineer will architect and maintain cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability for Sage Care's AI healthcare platform.

Lead end-to-end product design as the first full-time designer: run user research with clinical staff, prototype quickly (including in-code), craft polished, trustworthy interfaces for AI-assisted care navigation, own brand and marketing assets, and partner with founders, product, and engineering to set vision, roadmap, and iterate rapidly.

Own research-to-prototype pipeline for voice AI and agent orchestration: track emerging techniques, build and evaluate prototypes on real conversation data, run controlled model comparisons, document results, and hand off validated ideas to platform engineers.
