Lead end-to-end product design as the first full-time designer: run user research with clinical staff, prototype quickly (including in-code), craft polished, trustworthy interfaces for AI-assisted care navigation, own brand and marketing assets, and partner with founders, product, and engineering to set vision, roadmap, and iterate rapidly.

Own research-to-prototype pipeline for voice AI and agent orchestration: track emerging techniques, build and evaluate prototypes on real conversation data, run controlled model comparisons, document results, and hand off validated ideas to platform engineers.

Own and evolve cloud infrastructure for an AI-driven healthcare platform: design GCP/Terraform infrastructure, manage GKE clusters, improve CI/CD and Bazel builds, implement observability and SLIs/SLOs, harden security for HIPAA/SOC2, and drive reliability and deployment safety across environments.
