Leads and develops a customer success representative team supporting B2B distribution customers and outside sales representatives. Oversees quoting, sourcing, order entry, supplier coordination, delivery follow-up, returns, claims, and escalations. Manages staffing, coaching, performance, hiring, and cross-training while ensuring service standards, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution. Partners with Purchasing, Pricing, Contracts, Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, and Technical Services to improve workflows and resolve fulfillment or billing problems.

Leads Safeware’s accounting operations across multiple locations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit management, audits, internal controls, reporting, and process improvement. Manages accounting leaders and support staff, establishes credit policies, monitors financial risk, ensures accurate and timely reporting, and partners with the CFO and cross-functional teams. The role also drives ERP optimization, automation, scalable processes, compliance, and team development in a high-volume distribution environment.

Manage and grow a North Texas sales territory by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, conducting customer visits and product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining CRM records, forecasting performance, and building relationships with government agencies, public safety departments, and other organizations.

Provides customer and sales support by managing product inquiries, pricing, inventory, order status, quotes, claims, fulfillment, and issue resolution. Coordinates with purchasing, operations, accounting, vendors, and sales to deliver timely solutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Processes orders in Epicor Prophet 21, tracks customer interactions, supports inventory activities, and identifies process improvements.

Provides first-level technical support for company computer systems, applications, hardware, and networks. Diagnoses and resolves issues, responds through phone, chat, email, and in person, escalates unresolved problems, documents solutions, manages IT inventory, installs and repairs equipment, analyzes ticket trends, updates training materials, and trains users. The role is primarily on-site and may require occasional travel, unscheduled hours, and weekend work.
