Executive leader responsible for enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital platforms, data, marketing, and ecommerce. The role will sustain reliable technology operations while leading modernization, integrations, automation, data governance, customer experience improvements, demand generation, ecommerce growth, vendor management, and cross-functional transformation. This C-suite position also develops leaders, establishes governance and operating models, aligns investments with business outcomes, and presents technology, marketing, and digital priorities to executive stakeholders.

Supports customers and outside sales representatives by managing inquiries, quotes, orders, pricing, inventory, fulfillment, claims, and issue resolution. Coordinates with purchasing, operations, accounting, vendors, and sales to deliver timely solutions. Maintains accurate records, processes orders in Epicor Prophet 21, manages customer expectations, identifies process improvements, and supports inventory activities.

Manage government sales accounts in the SLED market by following up on leads, developing customer relationships, preparing quotes and bids, entering orders, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with vendors, and supporting account growth. The role requires knowledge of government contracts, responsive customer service, accurate order tracking, sales planning, and strong communication. It is office-based in Nashville, Tennessee, with occasional handling of demo equipment and trade show exhibits.
