Leads and develops a customer success representative team supporting B2B distribution customers and outside sales representatives. Oversees quoting, sourcing, order entry, supplier coordination, delivery follow-up, returns, claims, and escalations. Manages staffing, coaching, performance, hiring, and cross-training while ensuring service standards, accurate documentation, and timely issue resolution. Partners with Purchasing, Pricing, Contracts, Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, and Technical Services to improve workflows and resolve fulfillment or billing problems.

Leads Safeware’s accounting operations across multiple locations, overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit management, audits, internal controls, reporting, and process improvement. Manages accounting leaders and support staff, establishes credit policies, monitors financial risk, ensures accurate and timely reporting, and partners with the CFO and cross-functional teams. The role also drives ERP optimization, automation, scalable processes, compliance, and team development in a high-volume distribution environment.
