Provides customer support for billing operations by handling high call volumes, answering billing and payment questions, documenting inquiries, routing and escalating calls, and performing basic account maintenance. Independently manages moderately complex civil litigation from lawsuit inception through dismissal, settlement, or trial. Responsibilities include investigating claims, conducting discovery, pre-trials, mediations, arbitrations, and trials; advising adjusters and clients; evaluating legal files; negotiating settlements; and presenting evidence and arguments. The attorney collaborates with claims professionals and support staff and must be admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
