Train in personal and commercial insurance policies and systems while supporting underwriting and insurance operations. Responsibilities include verifying policy data, identifying and correcting errors, notifying agencies of changes, reviewing applications, processing endorsements, and completing departmental projects. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills. This is an in-office position five days per week in Boston.

Supports the development, management, pricing, profitability, and regulatory filing of property and casualty insurance products. Conducts market, competitor, regulatory, and performance analysis; prepares rate, rule, and form filings; recommends product enhancements; coordinates testing and implementation; tracks project timelines; and collaborates with underwriting, actuarial, MIS, marketing, claims, operations, and insurance regulators.

Independently manage civil litigation cases from inception through dismissal, settlement, or trial. Investigate claims, conduct discovery, attend pre-trials, mediations, arbitrations and trials, advise claims professionals and adjusters, and pursue cost-effective resolutions while maintaining case documentation and legal research.
