Develop and run personalized multi-channel lead nurturing and ABM programs to convert MQLs into SQLs and demo bookings. Manage lead scoring, CRM hygiene, analytics, A/B testing, and collaborate with outbound, sales, and marketing to optimize messaging and handoffs.

Provide administrative and operational support across project lifecycle: maintain and update integrated project plans, track milestones, manage risk and issue logs, prepare reports and meeting materials, coordinate stakeholder communications, and organize project documentation and collaboration platforms to ensure timely, accurate project delivery.

Lead ERP implementation and remediation projects as liaison between clients and SafePaaS. Plan, allocate resources, manage budgets and timelines, perform ERP assessments and configurations, analyze Oracle ERP security and controls, mitigate access and segregation-of-duty risks, deliver project milestones, build client relationships, support pre-sales, and ensure knowledge transfer and contractual deliverables.

Gather and document business requirements for GRC implementations, translate regulatory needs into functional specs, build dashboards/reports (SoD, remediation, control effectiveness), support client onboarding and process mapping, manage Agile ceremonies in JIRA/Confluence, and prepare audit-ready documentation while liaising between compliance stakeholders and technical delivery.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle database environments. Ensure availability, security, backups, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with developers, troubleshoot complex integrations, perform performance tuning, and support mission-critical operations including on-call rotations and upgrades.

Gather and document compliance and fraud-risk requirements for GRC implementations, translate regulatory needs into functional specs and user stories, build dashboards and reports (SoD violations, remediation, control effectiveness), support onboarding, map processes to rule sets, facilitate Agile delivery (JIRA/Confluence), and produce audit-ready documentation while liaising between clients and technical teams.

Lead delivery of GRC, ERM, audit management and ERP controls professional services. Manage project plans, perform risk assessments, design and test internal controls, write audit reports, mentor staff, support business development, and streamline GRC processes to meet client requirements.
