Supervise and mentor tax professionals, review workpapers, manage workflows and deadlines, handle complex tax research, communicate with clients, support tax planning, and respond to ATO notices and audit queries.

Identify and research US prospects on LinkedIn, conduct personalized B2B outreach, manage follow-ups, respond to enquiries, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, maintain prospect databases, and coordinate qualified leads with the Business Development team.

Prepare and review business and individual tax returns, manage tax compliance, prepare financial statements, and perform accounting tasks. The role also involves analyzing tax matters, researching requirements, handling and training team members, and ensuring accurate, timely work for US accounting clients.
