Provide on-site oversight and maintenance for a youth housing program: ensure property cleanliness and safety, support intakes/exits, coordinate food and volunteers, assist residents with crisis response and conflict resolution, track maintenance and reports, and transport residents to services.

Provide administrative and programmatic support for fundraising, donor relations, events, and communications. Process gifts and acknowledgments, assist with reconciliation and direct mail/online appeals, research prospects, support board and corporate partnerships, manage social and email content, maintain the website, coordinate donation pick-ups and event logistics, and handle sensitive donor and youth information with confidentiality and equity.

Provide intensive case management for transitional-age youth at a 60-bed interim housing program: process referrals, manage waitlist, complete intake/documentation, create housing and service plans, connect youth to resources (benefits, employment, budgeting), conduct crisis intervention and safety planning, document services in databases, assist with move-ins/exits, and participate in trainings and meetings.

Supervise Access Center operations and an outreach team serving transitional-age youth. Oversee programming, restorative justice, case management, budgets, partnerships, data/reporting, and facility needs. Conduct and coordinate street-based outreach, distribute essentials, build agency relationships, ensure RHY grant compliance, onboard and supervise staff, and prepare reports and solutions to administrative challenges.

Twelve-month, part-time internship placing candidates in SPY's Access Center or interim housing programs to gain frontline experience in harm-reduction, trauma-informed case management, housing navigation, outreach, and data entry using HMIS/CES. Interns complete intakes, develop case plans, support drop-in services, attend team meetings, participate in professional development, and maintain program documentation under staff supervision.

Provide supervised clinical and case management support for youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness. Conduct intakes, assessments, referrals, documentation in Civicore/HMIS, co-facilitate groups, deliver 1:1 therapy under supervision, run front desk rotation, and participate in trainings and team meetings while receiving field instruction and clinical supervision.

Provide intensive case management for transitional-age youth at a 24-hour shelter: process referrals and intakes, manage waitlists, create service and housing plans, connect youth to benefits, employment, and housing resources, perform crisis intervention and safety planning, document services, and participate in trainings and team activities.

Provide overnight on-site oversight of safety, cleanliness, and resident well-being at The Nest. Build rapport with transitional-aged youth, conduct room and safety checks, facilitate life-skills workshops, provide crisis intervention and mediation, document progress in HMIS and trackers, coordinate referrals and resources, support intakes/move-ins/exits, transport residents as authorized, manage supplies and site operations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to promote stability and independent living.
