Oversee on-site property operations for a youth housing program: maintain cleanliness and supplies, support resident safety, assist with intakes/exits, coordinate food, volunteers, and onsite programming, provide crisis response and conflict resolution, report and track maintenance/health issues, support documentation and reporting, and transport residents to services.

Leads the nonprofit’s development department and annual $5M fundraising strategy across individual, corporate, and foundation donors. Oversees donor cultivation, major gifts, grants, corporate partnerships, database management, gala planning, communications alignment, team supervision, and departmental budgeting. Collaborates with executives and the board to increase financial support, strengthen donor relationships, and advance organizational goals. Requires extensive fundraising experience, team leadership, major-gift solicitation skills, CRM proficiency, reliable transportation, and a valid California driver’s license.

Lead and manage SPYs Access Center, outreach, youth empowerment, education and employment programs using trauma-informed practices. Oversee staff supervision, program compliance, budgets, data/HMIS recordkeeping, quality improvement, community partnerships, crisis response, grant support, and reporting.

Provide administrative support to the Chief Program Officer and program leadership: manage calendars and email, prepare documents and presentations, handle purchasing and reconciliations, coordinate meetings and events, take minutes, support referrals and onboarding, maintain files and office supplies, assist with donor-related tracking, perform onsite/offsite tasks (driving required), and represent SPY while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead and manage all HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, performance management, policy development, risk and safety oversight, and HR team supervision. Serve as ADA and HIPAA compliance officer, co-lead safety committees, manage HR budget, and support organizational strategy and reporting. Ensure California employment law compliance and trauma-informed HR practices across the agency.

Provide on-site support at a 24-hour interim housing program for transitional-age youth: maintain property and supplies, conduct wellness checks and documentation, assist intakes/exits, co-facilitate activities, coordinate meals, volunteers and community resources, drive residents to services, report safety/maintenance issues, and support crisis response and conflict resolution.
