Teams at Safe Place for Youth

Leads fundraising and communications strategy for a youth homelessness nonprofit. Oversees donor cultivation, corporate partnerships, development operations, marketing, public relations, messaging, campaigns, and communications materials. Manages and mentors the Development team, serves as an organizational spokesperson, collaborates with executive leadership and the board, and supports strategic planning, quality improvement, and financial growth.

Oversee on-site property operations for a youth housing program: maintain cleanliness and supplies, support resident safety, assist with intakes/exits, coordinate food, volunteers, and onsite programming, provide crisis response and conflict resolution, report and track maintenance/health issues, support documentation and reporting, and transport residents to services.

Provides overnight oversight of a supportive housing site for transition-age youth. Responsibilities include property inspections, inventory management, resident intakes and exits, meal support, safety and maintenance reporting, crisis response, conflict resolution, volunteer coordination, educational programming, documentation, and transporting residents to services. The role requires collaboration with case managers, adherence to mandated reporting and legal guidelines, and the ability to work weekends and nights.
