The long-term substitute teacher will create and maintain a dynamic lower-school classroom environment. Responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom preparation, differentiated instruction, assessment, grading, student supervision, parent communication, curriculum collaboration, professional development, and participation in school meetings, events, trips, and community activities. The teacher must support diverse learners, integrate technology, adapt existing curriculum, promote equity and inclusion, and contribute positively to the school community.

Supports HR programs with primary responsibility for benefits administration, leave and workers’ compensation coordination, HRIS data management, compliance, onboarding, employee records, and backup payroll support. Partners with employees, leadership, payroll, finance, benefits providers, and external vendors. Manages benefit renewals and enrollment, responds to employee questions, maintains confidential records, conducts audits, and coordinates onboarding and orientation activities.

Processes and owns end-to-end biweekly payroll, including audits, reconciliations, adjustments, taxes, garnishments, final pay, and year-end activities. Maintains payroll data and system configurations, ensures California and federal compliance, resolves discrepancies, supports employees and managers, partners with Finance on journal entries and general ledger reconciliations, maintains records and controls, and contributes to payroll process and system improvements.

Produces and project-manages video, photography, and digital content from concept through publication. Responsibilities include storytelling, interviewing, filming, lighting, sound, editing, color grading, motion graphics, social media publishing, Vimeo management, event documentation, stakeholder coordination, brand stewardship, copyright compliance, and performance analysis. The role manages multiple concurrent projects supporting school communications, admissions, advancement, fundraising, recruitment, and community engagement, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Support middle school students with learning differences through 1:1 and small-group instruction, individual learning plans, co-teaching, Academic Skills course instruction, faculty collaboration, parent consultation, admissions review for students with learning differences, and serve as a middle school advisor.

Support game-day operations including scoreboard, shot clock, scorebook, gate admissions, filming, statistics, and other event duties to ensure a positive customer experience. Must work flexible hours, follow safety and vaccination requirements, and complete required background checks.
