Assist lead Montessori teachers in preparing and maintaining classroom materials and environment, support classroom management and student conflict resolution, help implement lesson plans and differentiated instruction, document attendance and student progress, communicate with parents via SeeSaw and other tools, attend team meetings, and participate in parent conferences and school events.

Support middle school students with learning differences through 1:1 and small-group instruction, individual learning plans, co-teaching, Academic Skills course instruction, faculty collaboration, parent consultation, admissions review for students with learning differences, and serve as a middle school advisor.

Support game-day operations including scoreboard, shot clock, scorebook, gate admissions, filming, statistics, and other event duties to ensure a positive customer experience. Must work flexible hours, follow safety and vaccination requirements, and complete required background checks.

Provide administrative and project support for the Advancement Office: maintain donor records, assist with gift processing and stewardship, coordinate events, manage communications and donor recognition, support web and print materials, and handle volunteer and logistical tasks assigned by the Chief Advancement Officer.
