Leads the Human Resources function and partners with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategy. Oversees recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations, compliance, workforce development, and quality improvement. Advises managers and employees, supervises HR staff, prepares board reports, and ensures adherence to employment laws, HIPAA, organizational policies, and accreditation standards.

Coordinates culturally responsive mental health and suicide prevention programs for Native American youth, families, and communities. Organizes educational groups, interventions, partnerships, presentations, and community events; supports grant-funded program administration, implementation, evaluation, and data collection. Delivers prevention education, ensures culturally appropriate services, and collaborates with staff, tribal organizations, schools, and community stakeholders. Requires occasional flexibility to work nights, weekends, and other SNAHC locations.

Provide full‑life‑cycle HR support including employee relations, performance management, leaves and workers' compensation administration, HRIS data and reporting, benefits and payroll coordination, training, policy development, event support, compliance with employment and healthcare-related laws, and participation in HR initiatives and quality improvement.

Support implementation and coordination of grant-funded mental health and suicide prevention programs for Native American/Indigenous youth. Assist with program delivery, reporting, data collection, event staffing/outreach, facilitation of groups, and quality improvement. Ensure culturally appropriate services, compliance with regulations, and logistical support including setup/breakdown of outreach booths and occasional travel between sites.

Implements, customizes, and supports multi-service clinical software (EHR/EMR and interfaces). Manages templates, user accounts, and training; troubleshoots clinical application tickets; coordinates data collection, reporting (HEDIS/CMS/GPRA, Meaningful Use) and quality improvement; liaises with IHS; documents workflows and assists with system upgrades and benchmarking.
