Implements, customizes, and supports multi-service clinical software (EHR/EMR and interfaces). Manages templates, user accounts, and training; troubleshoots clinical application tickets; coordinates data collection, reporting (HEDIS/CMS/GPRA, Meaningful Use) and quality improvement; liaises with IHS; documents workflows and assists with system upgrades and benchmarking.

Verify insurance eligibility and register new and existing patients in the EHR. Collect demographics and consents, assist patients with Medi‑Cal/Medicare and managed care questions, obtain preauthorizations via EHR and payer websites, refer to enrollment counselors, notify patients of eligibility or balance issues, and ensure accurate data entry and regulatory compliance.

Provide clinical and administrative support at a school-based health center: patient registration, intake, vitals, phlebotomy, immunizations, EHR documentation, VFC coordination, outreach, referrals, and collaboration with providers, school staff, families, and community partners to support student health and wellness.
