Manage mid-level donor portfolio and monthly giving program; assist Director of Philanthropy with donor outreach, grant research/writing, sponsorships, digital fundraising, community events, and stewardship. Provide tours, represent the agency publicly, and support fundraising goals; occasional evenings/weekends and driving required.

Provide field-based care coordination and direct behavioral support to children, youth, and families. Develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, document Medi-Cal/mental health notes, coordinate community linkages and crisis responses, transport clients as needed, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with the treatment team and external providers.

Provide vocational and independent living skills training to youth, complete Casey Life Skills assessments, develop curriculum and employment/education plans, coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment team and community partners, transport and support clients in job search and interviews, perform residential counselor duties, maintain documentation and progress notes, and attend required trainings and meetings.
