Lead the creation and growth of Saburi Ply’s Projects and Institutional Business vertical across government and private markets. Drive government approvals and empanelment, architect and PMC specifications, institutional accounts, contractor relationships, project pipelines, and large-value negotiations. Establish sales processes, targets, and reporting, convert specifications into orders, and eventually recruit and manage a pan-India projects sales team. The role requires independently building a business vertical and demonstrating personally delivered approvals, specifications, empanelments, and institutional wins.

Drive field sales and market expansion in Dibrugarh by developing dealer and retailer networks, generating business, managing relationships, achieving sales targets, promoting product visibility, tracking competitors, converting leads, coordinating orders and support, collecting payments, and submitting market reports.

Lead and expand the Bengaluru channel sales network for building materials. Responsibilities include driving territory sales, managing and appointing dealers and distributors, developing market relationships, executing sales plans and promotions, monitoring competitors and pricing, managing collections, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews. The role requires extensive territory travel and strong channel sales, negotiation, relationship management, analytical, and reporting skills.
