Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage taxation and statutory compliance, coordinate audits, develop budgets and forecasts, monitor cash flow and working capital, identify cost-saving opportunities, maintain accounting records, and provide financial insights to management. The role also requires import and export knowledge and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Coordinates sales activities by handling client inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, order processing, delivery coordination, sales records, reports, customer communications, documentation, payment follow-ups, and support for meetings and sales events.

Leads sales operations across Jharkhand by achieving territory targets, expanding dealer and distributor networks, developing customer relationships, driving market share, monitoring competitors, managing collections, conducting promotional activities, mentoring sales staff, and preparing forecasts and MIS reports. Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required.
