Designs, develops, implements, and supports Amazon Connect contact center solutions on AWS. Responsibilities include creating contact flows, omnichannel experiences, integrations, serverless applications, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security controls, automation, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. The role also leads development workstreams, mentors engineers, reviews solutions and code, promotes best practices, and drives continuous improvement across the AWS Connect practice.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, integrate ServiceNow and Salesforce data, implement Microsoft Fabric medallion architecture, and develop Power BI reports and semantic models to deliver reliable insights and support stakeholders.

Provide legal counsel on AI and data protection across customer, partner and supplier contracts; lead EU AI Act readiness and ISO 42001 alignment; advise on IP, data transfers, DSRs, audits, incidents and regulator engagement; draft playbooks, run trainings, and support multilingual contracting (French/Spanish) in a fast-growing AI/SaaS environment.

Lead and deliver large-scale technical projects end-to-end using Waterfall and Agile. Manage multiple complex programmes, financials, benefits realisation, stakeholder relationships, handover to support, and mentor junior staff while supporting pre-sales and programme reporting.
