Requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for an Interim Secret Clearance, with up to 10% travel.

Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and Scrum of Scrums across multiple Agile teams. Leads PI and release planning, backlog refinement, estimation, sprint metrics, retrospectives, defect triage, and quality assurance activities. Leads USAF business development, owning the opportunity pipeline, account strategy, early opportunity shaping, capture transitions, teaming, bid decisions, proposal content, and portfolio growth. Builds relationships across Air Force commands and program offices, provides market intelligence, leads selected captures, and reports pipeline and pursuit status to executives. Requires deep knowledge of Air Force digital engineering, sustainment modernization, acquisition pathways, contracting vehicles, and defense industry partnerships.

Develop and enhance Appian applications, including process models, SAIL interfaces, business rules, data structures, case management, and workflow automation. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, integrate external Air Force systems through APIs, optimize SQL queries, and support testing, debugging, documentation, and production troubleshooting. Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, support user acceptance testing, and pursue Appian certifications.

Designs and architects enterprise Appian solutions for DoD business-process automation. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, API integrations, ETL and data migration, SQL and relational database development, security implementation, code reviews, Agile delivery, troubleshooting, client presentations, and mentoring junior staff. The role also applies Appian AI/ML capabilities such as document processing, chatbots, and predictive workflows.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains integrations between PTC Windchill and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, ALM, and legacy databases. Maps PLM data structures, builds APIs and workflows, optimizes performance, troubleshoots interface and transformation issues, and supports traceability and governance. Manages deployments across development, test, and production environments while documenting technical specifications and maintaining upgrade-tolerant interfaces.

Lead the Air Force PLM enterprise architecture and strategy, enabling digital thread capabilities, authoritative data, lifecycle management, and interoperable integrations. Advise senior Air Force and industry stakeholders, align PLM roadmaps with DoD acquisition priorities, translate mission needs into system capabilities, and evaluate AI/ML, semantic data models, and digital twin technologies. The role requires onsite work two to three days weekly at Wright-Patterson or Hill AFB.

Lead and build a scalable capture function for DoD pursuits: create processes, tools, team structure, and metrics; run end-to-end capture for high‑priority opportunities, develop win strategies, conduct competitive analysis and Black/White Hat exercises, and align capture efforts with BD, technical SMEs, proposals, pricing, contracting, and leadership.

Manages software licenses, subscriptions, contracts, program documentation, revisions, approvals, archives, SharePoint tools, engineering release records, configuration status accounting, and obsolescence tracking. Supports software configuration management, data transport networks, and technical reviews for Space Force and Air Force missions. Requires substantial configuration management experience, active DoD Secret clearance, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and onsite work in Denver or El Segundo.

Lead end-to-end proposal efforts for complex DoD/federal opportunities: manage schedules, compliance, writing (non-technical volumes), graphics, version control, reviews, and cross-functional coordination while mentoring junior staff and supporting capture activities.

Implement, install, configure, and customize Teamcenter/TCRA solutions. Translate business requirements into technical designs, lead architecture for product-domain solutions, support project management, develop reports/dashboards, and guide customers through deployment and post-production support.

Lead capture lifecycle for federal and defense opportunities: develop win strategies, perform competitive and price-to-win analysis, manage teaming and customer engagement, coordinate proposal inputs, run gate reviews, and track capture progress to win complex engineering contracts.
