Lead DoD/Air Force business development strategy and execution, cultivate customer and industry partnerships, capture new opportunities, manage forecasts and go-to-market plans, advise executive leadership on growth and acquisition alignment, and travel to customer sites up to ~25-50%.

Lead capture lifecycle for federal and defense opportunities: develop win strategies, perform competitive and price-to-win analysis, manage teaming and customer engagement, coordinate proposal inputs, run gate reviews, and track capture progress to win complex engineering contracts.

Provide MBSE expertise using Cameo and STK to assess and modify USSF data models for SysML/UAF interoperability, develop prototype pipelines, produce behavioral and structural diagrams, lead QA of model outputs, give demos, collaborate with teammates and vendors, and deliver monthly status reports. Travel ~10–20% and occasional after-hours/on-call support required.
